The range includes crunchy (freeze dried) and chewy (gently dried) textures with pretty unique fruits such as mangosteen, red dragon fruit, jackfruit, durian, Thai mango (Nam Dok Mai variety) and small & plump Thai banana.

A purpose driven company, female founders, certified B Corp™, Kooky is corporate sponsor of Women for Women International and a member of 1% for the Planet. Aline believes that giving back is not an option, but a responsibility!

About:

Alexandra Chapman

Alexandra (Alex) is a gluten free blogger and journalist from South London. She created her blog “The Gluten Free Suitcase” in 2017 to help those with coeliac disease and gluten intolerance to find the very best food in the UK and abroad. When she’s not travelling, you’ll find her cooking up a fusion of Latin American, US and European dishes at home in Kingston where she lives with her husband and son, bringing together everything she has learnt from her family in both the Americas and the UK. She is thrilled to be returning to speak at the Free From Festival again this year.

Morgan McKenzie Moore

Morgan is a social media content creator and specialises in making humorous content around gluten free living and having coeliac disease. Originally from New Zealand, she moved to London 5 years ago and doesn’t plan on leaving anytime soon (the food is just too darn good!).

Matt Bzdel

Matt runs the account @GlutenFreeStreetGang on Instagram. He started the account after Starbucks in the United States discontinued their breakfast sandwich, and began making gluten free memes as a coping mechanism. After moving to the UK from Massachusetts almost four years ago, he began focusing on travel between the US and Europe from a gluten free perspective, and how to travel far while eating well – and safely. He’s now an authority figure on gluten free travel and humo(u)r.

His greatest joy is showing people that just because you need a gluten free diet – whether celiac disease, an intolerance, or anything in between – that they are still able to travel the world and eat extremely well.
