The King's Centre, Osney Mead, Oxford OX2 0ES.

When and What time?

***IMPORTANT: Please note date subject to change depending on Government guidance.***

Saturday, the 1st of August.

Doors open at 11.00am.
Doors close at 5.00pm.

Where is the nearest parking?
The King's Centre venue has small car park, but there are very limited spaces so we recommend you park at  Car Park Oxford Parkway Station (10 minutes walk from the venue) or Seacourt Park & Ride is also an option, you will need to get off at Osney Island bus stop on Botley Road which is only 7 minutes walk from the venue.

Will I have to queue when I get there?
Yes, please be prepared to queue when you arrive. We are expecting a lot of people to arrive at the same time at 11.00am, 1.30pm. We will be checking tickets as fast as possible, but we would really appreciate your patience while waiting. Average queueing time based on previous events is approx. 5 minutes and max. 10 minutes at peak times. The queue looks scarier and moves a lot quicker than you think! Thanks in advance for your patience.

Do I have to print my tickets or can I show my e-ticket on my phone at the door?
Let's be environmentally friendly. If you have a smart phone please show your e-ticket at the door.

Will I be allowed entry if I arrive later/earlier than my ticket entry time?
Please purchase a ticket for an approximate time you plan to arrive, but as long as you have a ticket to show at the door you will be allowed entry at later/ earlier time as well.

Is there a time limit?
No, there is no time limit you are welcome to stay as long as you wish. Door closes and event finishes at 5pm.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, there will some tickets at the door if capacity allows it. However it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Are pets allowed at the event?
Only guide dogs. We are expecting a lot of people to turn up. It will get really busy. We don’t think your four legged friend would enjoy it much either.

Will there be any hot food?
Yes, there will be plenty of hot food you can enjoy at the event and also packaged food to to take home with you!

Is the food at the event 100% gluten-free AND coeliac friendly?
Every trader that we take on board fills out an application form and needs to confirm that their products are 100% gluten-free, made in a coeliac friendly kitchen with no cross-contamination with gluten. We work with a lot of small start-up businesses, therefore most aren't certified gluten-free and we need to take their word for it. If you come across anything concerning please report back and email us at hello@freefromfestival.co.uk

Is the event a vegan event?
No, but there will be plenty of vegan options as well as non-vegan options for visitors that eat meat. We do our best to cater for everyones needs and tastes.
