Where is the event taking place?

DOCUMENT venue in St Jude's, Bristol. IMPORTANT: We will be using entrance on 10 Eugene St, St Jude's, Bristol BS5 0TN.

Only a short 8 mins walk from Cabot Circus and Bristol Town Centre.

When and what time?

Date: Saturday, 8th & Sunday, 9th March 2025

Doors open at 11.00am on Saturday.

Last entry: 5:30pm
Doors close at 6.00pm.

Doors open at 10.00am on Sunday.

Last entry: 4:30pm
Doors close at 5.00pm.

Where is the nearest secure parking?

Closest secure car park is Cabot Circus Car Park - only 5 mins walk from the venue. Alternatively a budget friendly option is Trojan Free Fight Car Park (street parking) which is also 5 mins walk.

Please note: The venue is located outside the Bristol Clean Air Zone, but if you are driving through the central Bristol you might need to pay a fee (depending on your vehicle type.) What is the nearest train station?

The venue is 23 mins walk from Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station, and 17 mins walk from Bristol Coach Station.

Will I have to queue when I get there?
Yes, please be prepared to queue when you arrive. We are expecting a lot of people to arrive at the same time at 11.00am and 2.45pm. We will be checking tickets as fast as possible, but we would really appreciate your patience while waiting. Average queueing time based on previous events is around 10-15 minutes at peak times. The queue looks scarier and moves a lot quicker than you think! Thanks in advance for your patience.

Do I have to print my tickets or can I show my e-ticket on my phone at the door?
Let's be environmentally friendly. If you have a smart phone please show your e-ticket at the door.

Will I be allowed entry if I arrive later/earlier than my ticket entry time?
Please arrive at the start of your session for the best and full experience of the event. You will need leave the event at the end of your session.

Is there a time limit?
Yes, you will need to leave at the end of your session, unless you have a full-day or weekend tickets.

Saturday: Door open at 11am and close at 6pm. Last entry is at 5.30pm.

Sunday: Door open at 10am and close at 5pm. Last entry is at 4.30pm.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, there will some tickets at the door if capacity allows it. However it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

I can't attend the event anymore. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non refundable.

Are pets allowed at the event?
Only assistance dogs. We are expecting a lot of people to turn up. It will get really busy. We don’t think your four legged friend would enjoy it much either.

Will there be any hot food?
Yes, there will be hot food you can enjoy at the event and also packaged food to to take home with you!

Is the food at the event 100% gluten-free AND coeliac friendly?
Every trader that we take on board fills out an application form and needs to confirm that their products are 100% gluten-free, made in a coeliac friendly kitchen with no cross-contamination with gluten. We work with a lot of small start-up businesses, therefore most aren't certified gluten-free and we need to take their word for it. If you come across anything concerning please report back and email us at [email protected]

Is the event a vegan event?
No, but the majority of vendors are naturally vegan so there will be plenty of vegan options as well as some non-vegan options for visitors that eat meat. We do our best to cater for everyones needs and tastes.

Is the event wheelchair accessible? 

People with disabilities can also enter with their carer under one ticket. All exhibitors and the talks & demos will be held on the ground level.

What is included in my ticket?
You will receive one complimentary soft or alcoholic drink at the door. The opportunity to meet some amazing free-free producers, sample & buy their quality free-from products that do not sacrifice on taste. Listen to all talks/demos by inspiring speakers, nutritionist and industry professionals. Enjoy some delicious hot food & gluten-free beer and soft drinks. Enter competitions for amazing prizes. The event is suitable for the whole family and will be free-from many things, but fun!

Where is the event taking place?

IMPORTANT: As the event takes place both indoors and outdoors, please dress warm and DON'T FORGET TO BRING AN UMBRELLA (though we’re hoping for sunshine!)

If you have purchased a £1 entry ticket for 4pm, you may only enter from 4pm onwards. Early arrivals will not be permitted entry.

Please try to arrive around the time of your session, but as long as you have a full price ticket to show you will be allowed entry even if you arrive a bit earlier (subject to capacity) and after your session start. Please note this doesn't apply to the (£1) late session 4pm entry tickets. You will only be allowed entry from 4pm.
